Ownership
GovBuyX is a subsidiary company of Wakaga Economic Development Group. Wakaga is the parent organisation. GovBuyX maintains its own company identity and its own software identity.
GovBuyX is a customer-facing brand and product in its own right. It is not a tribal-government login portal, and it is not a Wakaga-branded product screen. Wakaga’s ownership is disclosed here, in legal and ownership language, rather than through the product interface.
Products
The GovBuyX platform currently comprises two product areas:
- FedBidX — federal contract and grant opportunities, from first look through to award.
- GovBuyExpress — procurement and ordering. WORKING NAME — UPDATE IF RENAMED
